It can conduct mechanical performance testing of seat belts, foot buckles, bamboo (wooden) ladders, lifting boards, safety ropes, etc.

Suitable for mechanical testing of metal load-bearing tools such as insulated tie rods and booms, insulated rope tools, insulated ladders, insulated pulleys, insulated cable tighteners, slings, shackles, wire ropes, etc.

The system can control the automatic shuttle door in the test area. Once the high-voltage area is boosted, the automatic shuttle door will automatically close and the face recognition access control will become invalid.

The 110kV–220kV Insulating Rod Voltage Detector Testing Production Line mainly consists of an insulating rod test rack, a voltage detector test rack, an insulating rod rotating stand, a testing robot, a seventh-axis ground rail, a control console, and a test transformer. It is designed to perform power frequency withstand voltage tests for insulating rods and starting voltage tests for voltage detectors.
