High Voltage Test Bench

 Capable of performing electrical tests on tools and equipment up to 220 kV, featuring intelligent high- and low-voltage isolation control and automatic data acquisition.  Fully digital voltage rise and fall control with real-time test voltage acquisition. 

Equipped with 4 or 8 test positions, the system features fully automatic water injection testing. It accommodates different water immersion depths, automatically fills the tank to the required level, and adjusts the water depth precisely. After filling, the test samples automatically lower to the testing position, maintaining equal water levels inside and outside the samples. Upon test completion, the samples automatically rise for easy removal.

Capable of testing 6 to 12 samples simultaneously, the system performs withstand voltage tests on insulating rods used for various voltage classes of live-line tools and safety equipment.

Typically used for voltage levels up to 220 kV, the sectional insulating rod test rack provides an alternative testing method when full-scale test conditions (site or budget) cannot be met. The rack can be divided into three sections, with an adjustable safety distance ranging from 0.3 m to 0.7 m, which can be electrically controlled in conjunction with the operation console.

 Featuring a helical winding structure with motorized rope winding up to 100 meters, the main connecting electrode rod uses a grooved design to enable automatic indexing during rope winding and ensure tighter contact. The system supports testing distances of 400 mm, 500 mm, and 600 mm in accordance with live-line work and safety tool standards, with simple and quick adjustment.
