
This device is mainly used for AC withstand voltage tests of cross-linked cables, hydroelectric generators, main transformers, busbars, GIS, etc. It has a wide range of applications and is an ideal withstand voltage equipment for regional, municipal and county-level high-voltage testing departments as well as power installation and maintenance engineering units.

The series transformers are single-phase transformers and are connected to the first group. The power supply is connected to the dedicated operation box for test transformers produced by the company. By operating the internal automatic voltage regulator (the 50KVA voltage regulator is attached externally), the voltage is adjusted to 0-200V (or 0-400V) and output to the initial group of the test transformer winding.

Our company has successfully developed the inflatable AC test transformer—a solution that delivers a 20% to 60% weight reduction compared to traditional oil-immersed light-duty test transformers. The primary current injection test device (hereinafter referred to as the thermal flow device) is a test device developed by our company. It uses a large-capacity coupled voltage regulator and a high-permeability iron core current transformer. It has the characteristics of large output power, small size, and light weight. The current range is 500A-2000A.

DC hipot tester adopts a high-frequency voltage doubling circuit, using the latest PWM pulse width modulation technology and the voltage and current double closed-loop feedback technology to improve the power supply adjustment rate and load regulation rate, making voltage more stable and ripple smaller. Using imported high-power IGBT devices and their driving technology to eliminate the interference of the switch.

The DC high-voltage generator employs a high-frequency voltage-multiplying circuit and applies the latest PWM high-frequency pulse-width modulation technology with closed-loop adjustment. It uses large voltage feedback to significantly improve voltage stability.
